Luckytin Fan Support is a volunteer fan support team for BINI Maloi & BINI Jhoanna, and the personal information controller for this site. This policy covers donations, event registrations, and merch orders. Our Letters feature (fan mail) is covered separately by its own Privacy Policy . We process personal data in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) .

1. What we collect

  • Name, and/or a social media handle and platform.
  • Email address, and contact number for event registrations.
  • Donation, registration, or merch order details (amount, cause, event, item, and how you'd like to be credited).
  • Payment reference number and a screenshot of your payment confirmation.
  • Any notes you add when donating or registering.
  • For team members: a login session cookie, and your role.
  • Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, request times) for security and abuse prevention.

2. Why we collect it

  • To verify and process your donation, event registration, or merch order.
  • To contact you about the status of your submission when needed.
  • To credit you publicly, only if you chose to be credited.
  • To publish accountability reports (e.g. amounts raised and spent) on our reports page.
  • To prevent fraud, spam, and abuse, and to keep the site secure.

We collect this based on your consent when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in running these fan projects responsibly. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for targeted advertising.

3. Who we share it with

  • Our hosting and infrastructure provider (Cloudflare), which processes data only to run the site for us.
  • Publicly, only the name/handle and amount you agreed to be credited with (e.g. on the reports ledger) โ€” never your email, contact number, or payment details.
  • Team volunteers who review and verify donations, registrations, and orders.

4. How long we keep it

We keep records for as long as needed for the fan project, accountability reporting, and basic bookkeeping, or until you ask us to delete data we don't need to keep for those reasons.

5. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you can ask us to let you access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop processing it. Contact us through our official social media channels to make a request. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe your rights have been violated.

6. Cookies

We use a login session cookie for team members who manage the site. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no website is perfectly secure. Please don't include sensitive information (passwords, government IDs, bank account numbers) in notes or messages to us.

8. Children

This site is aimed at a general fan audience. If you're a parent or guardian and believe a child has submitted personal information they shouldn't have, contact us and we'll do our best to remove it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do.

10. Terms

Use of this site is also subject to our Terms of Service .
