These terms cover the use of this website, run by Luckytin Fan Support , a volunteer fan support team for BINI Maloi & BINI Jhoanna. By using the site — donating, registering for an event, or ordering merch — you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
We're an unpaid volunteer team. Nobody on the team is compensated, and nobody profits from this site — every peso raised through donations, event registrations, and merchandise goes toward funding and running fan projects (billboards, events, giveaways, and similar). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to BINI, Star Music, ABS-CBN, or any of their partners.
2. Donations
Donations go toward the cause you choose, or wherever needed most. Donations are non-refundable , except if the fan project or cause you donated to is cancelled on our end — in that case we'll reach out about a refund or redirecting your donation. We publish where the money goes on our reports page .
3. Event registrations
Some events (like block screenings) require registration and a registration fee. Once confirmed, registrations are non-refundable , except if we cancel the event — in that case registered attendees will be refunded.
4. Merchandise
Merch is sold as a fan project fundraiser, and proceeds go toward fan projects — we're a volunteer team, not a business. All merch sales are final: we don't offer refunds or exchanges through the website. Please double-check sizing and order details before paying.
5. Payments
Payments (for donations, events, or merch) are made directly to our digital wallets or bank channels and verified manually with your reference number and proof of payment. Since this is volunteer-run, verification isn't instant — we appreciate your patience.
6. Acceptable use
Don't submit false payment proof, chargeback or dispute a legitimate payment in bad faith, impersonate BINI members or their staff, or use the site for anything illegal or harassing. We may refuse, cancel, or reverse a submission at our discretion where this happens.
7. No warranty
The site is provided as-is, free of charge, with no guarantee it will stay online, bug-free, or available at all times. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Luckytin Fan Support and its volunteers aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
8. Privacy
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy . Our Letters feature (fan mail) has its own terms and privacy policy .
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
